starve-it: Let’s start the 1 lb a day challenge  All you have to do is Reblog Do 1,000 jumping jacks through the day Don’t eat any processed food. An easy way to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks
This is, if you’re a couch-potato like me and don’t have a good metabolism, of course, if you do have that, and you’re close to your goal, this is a good exercise for you to loose those last pounds.
