This is, if you’re a couch-potato like me and don’t have a good metabolism, of course, if you do have that, and you’re close to your goal, this is a good exercise for you to loose those last pounds.
M - Monday = Walk 30 minutes outside, ( + 20 minutes if you’re athletic)
T - Tuesday = Run 10 minutes outside or on treadmill (better if you’re outside tho)
W - Wednesday = Walk 25 minutes and run 15.

S - Saturday = REST
S - Sunday = REST
Throughout this period, you gonna have to quit drinking soda, juice and other beverages, just water, or this will not work, make also sure that you strech before every pass, or else you can suffer from major soreness and you wont be able to exercise until you’ve recovered.
Also, no candy or treats whatsoever, you might think; ” oh, I’ve been so good that i’m gonna treat myself with a cupcake” But that’s where many people do wrong, you should stop cold-turkey if you can, or ease down on in gradually and those cravings will go away.
