Don’t eat any processed food. (Only shop on the outside of the store, don’t go in the rows)

An easy way to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks
This is, if you’re a couch-potato like me and don’t have a good metabolism, of course, if you do have that, and you’re close to your goal, this is a good exercise for you to loose those last pounds.
Week one;
M - Monday = Walk 30 minutes outside, ( + 20 minutes if you’re athletic)
T - Tuesday = Run 10 minutes outside or on treadmill (better if you’re outside tho)
